Yesterday's Food

Breakfast - None
Lunch - A Cheeseburger, chicken thigh, 1.5 cups of potato salad, and 1 oatmeal raisin bar.
Snack - Turkey Cheese w/ cheese
Dinner - Saffron rice w/ sautéed chicken and vegetables
Later on - 3 oatmeal raisin bars

I think its awesome that you are doing this. Stick with it. While I don't have a problem with overeating, the issues relate to me in other ways. We all have our vices and I think its awesome you are documenting your journey and sharing it with everyone.
