Daily Report

b - bowl of cereal w/ milk
l - 3 slices of pizza and a bowl of vegetable egg noodle soup
d - 2 tostadas and 2 tacos
dessert - 8 brownies (I totally destroyed my green light day!)

red light day!

e - 30 StairMaster, 5 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes of hoops
