l - two tuna sandwich, about 15 frito scoops, and 1 1/2 cups of soup
d - 7 chicken wings, 1 1/2 breadstix, 5 slices of pizza

e - 30 minutes of stairmaster, 10 minutes of elliptical, 10 minutes of shooting hoops
