Daily Report for Yesterday

b - bowl of cereal w/ milk
l - 1/2 crispy orange chicken bowl, 2 pieces of rotisserie chicken, and carrots sticker w/ bleu cheese
later on - 2 peanut butter cookies
d - 3 slices of cheeseburger pizza
later on - 2 peanut butter cookies

green light day

e - 30 minutes of stairmaster and 25 leg resistance training
